Our initial aim is to explain the importance of getting your admin settlement systems right so that they work for your company, and the importance of having all the information you need right at your fingertips, in a format that you can understand and that is accurate and up to date.
Once we’ve convinced the world at large that that’s what they need to make the most of their business, then we just have to put it in place!!
MMBC’s aim is to provide your company with a good solid administration and information base that can then be built on.  We will provide administration systems that are documented and flexible to cope with the increased workload as your company develops.  Information will be kept from day one of our involvement so that, in the future, new requirements for information relating to previous periods can be met with ease.
Things like cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting.  Costing of products and analysis of sales figures are all important factors in making a business successful.  That’s along with all the basics like bank reconciliations, keeping all the paperwork up to date, chasing debtors for money and paying bills on time.  And then there are all those nasty government officials with time consuming forms to fill in and deadlines to be met, and tax bills that creep up on you at year end.  Most small businesses have neither the time, the inclination, nor the knowledge to put all these procedures in place.  Our aim is to ensure that all this information is on hand and procedures are in place to ensure that the owner really understands what’s going on with his business.  That way he can decide where he’s going next.
We know that to achieve all this we have to get fully involved in, and really care about, the businesses we are working for.
So why do we think we can help?  MMBC has, through its Directors, 10 years experience in implementing administration systems in a broad range of industries.  We have looked after the budgets, and watched the pros and cons, of various admin systems in both large and small organisations and we know what works and what doesn’t work.
We obviously want MMBC to be a successful, profitable business, but we also want to be able to go to sleep at night knowing that we have really helped other businesses to achieve their goals.  By MMBC providing a good service we know we can help other businesses to provide a better service for their customers too.
My dream, I guess, is for MMBC to be the best of everything.  The best service provider, the best employer, the best value for money.  I know that we are going to have to work very hard to achieve that, but I also believe that we have the ability, and definitely the desire, to do it.
Under the logo on our letterhead it reads “Business Solutions at Your Finger Tips” which is what we aim to provide.  But in addition to this, MMBC’s credo, if you like, is
“We want to help you let your business grow”   and that is definitely our primary aim.
